Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

Subscription and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect payment information and purchase history according to their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

AI Chat Service

When you use the AI chat feature, your messages are sent to our AI service provider (Groq) for processing. These conversations are not stored on our servers and are not linked to your personal identity. The AI service provider may temporarily process your messages to generate responses but does not retain them long-term.

Children's Privacy

Belora is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use this app or provide any information through it.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, we will delete that information immediately.
